1. Our position
Neurobrix Technologies does not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, child labour, or human trafficking in our operations or business relationships.
We support lawful, voluntary, and respectful working arrangements and expect people and organisations working with us to uphold the same fundamental principles.
2. Scope
This statement applies to our employees, contractors, suppliers, professional service providers, technology vendors, and other business relationships to the extent relevant to the services they provide.
As a technology business, our direct operations are primarily software engineering, digital product development, technology infrastructure, professional services, and related business activities.
3. Supplier and partner expectations
We expect suppliers and partners to comply with applicable labour and human-rights laws, prohibit forced and trafficked labour, avoid unlawful recruitment practices, and maintain working conditions consistent with applicable legal requirements.
Where risk, scale, or the nature of an engagement warrants additional review, we may request information, contractual commitments, or remediation steps appropriate to the circumstances.
4. Raising concerns
Concerns about suspected forced labour, trafficking, exploitation, or serious labour-rights issues connected to Neurobrix Technologies may be reported to support@neurobrix.in.
Reports should contain enough factual information to allow responsible review. We do not expect anyone to investigate potentially unsafe circumstances personally.
5. Review
We review this statement as our organisation, supplier relationships, and legal obligations evolve. We may strengthen controls where our operating footprint or risk profile changes.
General website policies may be supplemented or superseded by product-specific terms, signed customer agreements, employment terms, or other written contracts where those documents apply.
