1. Our standard
We expect professional, respectful, and constructive behaviour in Neurobrix workspaces, events, repositories, community discussions, support channels, and collaborative projects.
People should be able to participate without harassment, intimidation, discrimination, threats, deliberate humiliation, or other abusive conduct.
2. Constructive participation
Positive participation includes communicating clearly, disagreeing with ideas without attacking people, accepting good-faith feedback, respecting privacy and confidentiality, documenting decisions responsibly, and prioritising the safety and integrity of the community.
3. Unacceptable behaviour
Unacceptable behaviour includes harassment, hate speech, sexualised or degrading conduct, threats, stalking, publication of private information without permission, sustained disruption, malicious technical activity, or retaliation against someone who raises a concern in good faith.
4. Enforcement
Depending on context and severity, Neurobrix Technologies may remove content, restrict participation, close access, end collaboration, escalate a security concern, or take other proportionate action.
Where conduct is governed by an employment, supplier, customer, or contributor agreement, that agreement may provide additional processes or remedies.
5. Reporting
Concerns relating to this Code of Conduct can be reported to support@neurobrix.in. Include relevant context, links, dates, or screenshots where appropriate and safe to do so.
General website policies may be supplemented or superseded by product-specific terms, signed customer agreements, employment terms, or other written contracts where those documents apply.
